Rich dark sweet and sticky figs with onions, raisins and cinnamon. Extremely versatile and flavoursome, a must have for the store cupboard! Sticky, rich, and very moreish. Try it with a homemade feta and spinach tart for a sweet addition to the dish.

Founded in 1999, the family behind Hawkshead Relish started out making relishes, pickles and preserves for their busy Lakeland café using locally sourced ingredients and traditional recipes. Made by hand using traditional open pans, without artificial flavourings, colours or additives, this range is both gluten free and nut free and suitable for most diets.
