Hawkshead Relish Sour Cherry & Prosecco Jam

A lightly set jam with sour cherries and a dash of prosecco. This jam is sophisticated and rich in flavour, the luxuriously deep colour looks amazing smothered on freshly baked scones. An amazingly well balanced jam - not too tart and not too sweet.

Founded in 1999, the family behind Hawkshead Relish started out making relishes, pickles and preserves for their busy Lakeland café using locally sourced ingredients and traditional recipes. Made by hand using traditional open pans, without artificial flavourings, colours or additives, this range is both gluten free and nut free and suitable for most diets.
